From 2008 to 2012, Peak Development assisted BDO Holding and Ctac PowerHouse with the development of their new combined accommodation in ‘s-Hertogenbosch.
The imposing building, designed by Adam Smit of ZZDP Architects and built by VolkerWessels, consists of 12,000 m² gross floor area and is situated along the widened A2 motorway.
Modern and sustainable building
The challenge for Peak Development was to develop a modern, sustainable building of high quality and at a competitive cost, in which two different businesses would also recognize their own individual character.
