In Amsterdam Zuidoost, Peak Development has developed a Courtyard by Marriott hotel on behalf of Vastint. The hotel has a floor area of approx. 10,000 m² and 176 guest rooms. 

By mixing functions, the owner has succeeded in making the Atlas ArenA Amsterdam district more attractive to lessees and local residents. 

Pleasant place to live and work

Thanks to the addition of a four-star hotel and the housing initiatives in the vicinity, this area has been transformed from a monotonous environment into a pleasant place in which to live and work.
