The specifications

On behalf of a client, Peak Development was responsible for the development and project management of the office complex ‘de Landdrost’.

Peak Development, together with the design team and the Municipality of Almere, worked out the further details of the original initiative of the owner for the office and educational complex at Hospitaaldreef in Almere. To do this, Peak drafted and concluded the necessary contracts with the municipality and Windesheim as the main lessee.
